Replacing the slower and error-prone handheld scanning previously performed at the plant, Visidot’s image-based technology now detects and accurately decodes barcodes affixed to more than 800 outbound Locally deployed SCT (Supply Chain Traceability) Director business process management software with interfaces to the Agrologic ERP system enables Mix Buffet’s dispatch operators to quickly identify any discrepancy between customer orders and actual deliveries, leading to significantly reduced shipping error rates. Additionally, tag information captured from all outbound salad pallets is archived in an image bank, enabling future reference and easy production of proof of shipping or proof of product condition, if and when required.
